    Send tracked via CourierGuy nationally or DHL internationally.

    We confirm receipt, take payment, then manage the notarial, High Court or DIRCO stages, updating you at each.

Check the date before you send

Some documents expire independently of the apostille. Once the underlying document lapses, the apostille is rejected too.

  • Police clearance certificate: valid 6 months from date of issue. Older certificates are rejected.
  • Letter of No Impediment: valid 6 months from date of issue. Older letters are rejected.
