Your checklist arrives with our Cape Town street address.

Courier the originals
Send tracked via CourierGuy nationally or DHL internationally.

We process and update you
We confirm receipt, take payment, then manage the notarial, High Court or DIRCO stages, updating you at each.

Everything returns tracked
Every original comes back to you, nationally or internationally.

Certified ID or passport copy · full return address · WhatsApp number.

Required when the notary must witness your signature; also available for copy authentication.

The signatory must attend in person for any witnessed signature.

Our notary handles the certificate and we manage any High Court or DIRCO stage.

Collect or request delivery
Every original is returned, by collection or tracked courier.

Bring to the appointment

Original document · original ID or passport · the signatory for POAs, declarations, affidavits and consent forms.

Some documents expire independently of the apostille. Once the underlying document lapses, the apostille is rejected too.

Police clearance certificate: valid 6 months from date of issue. Older certificates are rejected.
Letter of No Impediment: valid 6 months from date of issue. Older letters are rejected.
